Cancellation Policy

Included in deposits you receive (2) reschedules before your deposit has been forfeited. same day cancellations if not for medical, weather or 3rd party issues will require a fee. All bookings are confirmed via thumbtack, text message, email, facebook, instagram, yelp and or kenkaysmoving.com website all contracts are confirmed either platform.if movers have arrived to the project and an cancellation is your choice there is an $100 inconvenience fee and if it is for packing/unpacking which is our cheaper service provided you will be charged the 2hr minimum regardless if it has been 2 hr or not. we do ask that if you choose our local moving services that if you are willing to assist your helpers that you dont actually go inside the truck. you can sit it on the truck or pass it to the helpers to put it up this limits liability on customer for fault of any possible damages in which rest assured our team does a phenomenal job loading/unloading. Dont stress let them handle it.IF you continue to want to assist in truck you forfeit liability of any damage and agree you can not make a claim, sue or make a bad review because altered fault . in the event kenkays is at fault after wrapping, padding and blankets have been utilized we can come to a compromise moving forward for the best way to handle the matter. When a project is complete you have 1 hour to go through property of possible damages with photos/videos proof to dispute charges or your claim goes void! An amount and/or recommendation for any damage at fault Kenkays offers a verbal or written agreement ; this asked settlement in which that is the case if subject to; it is our sagicity to provide the best service we may ask upon agreement of acceptance of moneys and or decisions that no review of any sort be made or commentary.
